No gold bands around top/bottom. Metallic gold. Background solid red. Note that this can appeared earlier than USBC 31-03, and correct order based on production dates is USBC 31-04, USBC 31-05, and then USBC 31-03 variations (which has both flats and zip tabs). Also, this variation differs from MBC 57-04 in that the gold oval is metallic similar to later Altes designs, where most of this earlier design enamel gold.
